As we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, we work with brands that offer these services. “Lueur des Sens” candles and “Soeders” soaps can be refilled when they are finished. Just come to the store with the container.

If your jewelry is plated, avoid contact with water and chlorine, as they can contribute to the reduction of plated layers.

If your jewelry is sterling silver, it does not need any special care if worn.
Unworn silver may darken in reaction to oxidation, but a simple cleaning cloth to scrub the silver and it will be good as new.

You should always follow the washing instructions on the garment. If they are kimonos or unique pieces made of fragile materials, we suggest dry cleaning, to avoid damaging the garment. If you have any hesitation, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will provide you with comprehensive maintenance advice.

We ship worldwide. Our products available online are delivered by Swiss Post to the countries listed when finalizing the order.

Orders are normally shipped between three and five business days. You will be informed of every step, from checking your order to preparing your package and shipping with tracking number.

Any online order can be collected in store; Simply select “store pickup” when finalizing the order.

Delivery costs are indicated at the time of ordering and only include costs related to shipping by Swiss Post. For international deliveries, any customs fees or other taxes are not included and must be paid directly to the authorities or the carrier.

Orders shipped abroad are exempt from Swiss VAT. They may be subject to any taxes in the country of delivery, which are not included in the order and which must therefore be paid additionally.

An order can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods have not been worn, modified, washed or damaged. The return of the goods must be preceded by an announcement to the address < hello@blkandylw.ch >. BLK & YLW does not cover return shipping costs. Reimbursement will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise in perfect condition.

In the event of a purchase or return to the store, the merchandise will be exchanged and not refunded. BLK & YLW is a small brand dedicated to local creation and is not able to provide refunds.

It is possible to request gift wrapping when purchasing online. Simply indicate this when finalizing the order.
