    Refund policy

    Returns & refunds

    The Customer may exchange the Product(s) ordered within 14 days of receipt. The return of the goods must be preceded by an announcement by the Customer to the Seller at <hello@blkandylw.ch>. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.

    Upon receipt of the order by the Customer, the latter is required to immediately inspect the goods delivered to identify any apparent defects (product delivered not corresponding to the product ordered, packaging defect, any missing products, etc.). The Customer must check the conformity of the goods delivered and immediately notify the Seller at <hello@blkandylw.ch> of any defects.

    In the rare event of receipt of damaged Products, the Customer may return the non-conforming goods in their original, unopened container or packaging. The return of goods must be preceded by notification by the Customer to the Seller at <hello@blkandylw.ch>.

    For defective products returned, the Customer has the choice between one of the following two options:

    - a cash refund of the value of the defective Product(s);

    - replacement of the defective Product(s) by standard exchange or by the supply of a Product of equivalent value.
